Hello all,

Just a quick note to let you know that I recently secured a publisher for my book about ancient astronomy and mythology in Ireland. All going well, it will be published in October by The Liffey Press.

In the meantime, I will be flat out writing the book and putting everything together, so I don't expect to have much time to update the website. So I hope I can be forgiven for that!

As of this moment in time (May 29th 2006) I am working on Chapter 7 of a planned total of 12 chapters.

Just a quick update on the book situation. It's very nearly completed. All the text is finished and I'm just chasing down the last remaining illustrations and photos. All going well, it'll be with the printer this month (November).

To all those who have emailed and received no reply, I apologise sincerely but I just couldn't devote any time in recent months to replying to mails except in selected cases.

As soon as I have copies, they'll be available to purchase on Mythical Ireland.

The book is now gone to the printer! It's been quite a labour of love for myself and Richard Moore. Hopefully, we'll have news on the launch date very soon, plus an announcement on the home page about the book soon.
