Hello everyone

What's Up for March ?

I am really delighted and honored to have one of my paintings of the sun inspired by the Solar Dynamics Observatory on the NASA Solar System Exploration page this month.

You can listen to What's Up for March 2011 in many formats .

For planetary observers What's Up invites us to view Mercury . The spacecraft Messenger to Mercury goes into orbit around the planet on the day after St Particks Day. Check out Sun Earth Day and maybe share your observing with others if you can. Perhaps you can share Mercury too seen as it will have a man made satellite for the first time ever.!

A selection of my solar paintings will be on exhibition/sale in Greystones Library for the month of May or contact me if you want to buy one anyway. :D
